BETA

Tick the services you sell, set your own prices and delivery times, and publish a services page with an order form for each. Orders land in your account, and one click opens the worker with the client's answers filled in.

Before you start

  • Your Aha Studio accountMembers write and publish the page; anyone can read the catalogue.
  • Your own payment link per service, or invoicesA Stripe, PayPal or any checkout link of yours. Aha Studio never takes or sees a payment.
Suggested prices and delivery times sit beside each service: suggested, set your own. They are not market prices. Nothing is invented on your page: a blank price, payment link or business detail is a yellow [ADD] box that holds up publishing.
PART 01

Set up your menu

0 of 6 done
  1. Open ServicesUnder Your account, press Services (or open servicespage.ahastudio.net).
  2. Fill in Your pageYour business name, the email new orders go to, a line about the business in your own words, the currency, the page colour (blank: your profile colour), the address (/s/your-business) and the consent line buyers tick.
  3. Tick your services24 services, grouped for businesses and for agencies (white-label): each one maps to the workers and playbook steps that deliver it. Press Edit to change the name, what is included, the extra steps, the price, one-off or monthly, the days to deliver, how the buyer pays and the order form questions.
  4. Add your own serviceType a name under Add your own service: a service that maps to no worker, with your own description, price, time and questions. It has no Start the work button; you do the work your way.
  5. The profit lineEach service shows up to what one order costs in AI and search data (the playbook caps, a ceiling not a bill) and, in US dollars, your price minus it.
  6. Press Save menuYour menu is saved to your account.
PART 02

Build and publish your page

0 of 4 done
  1. Press Write my pageThe AI writes a headline, an intro and a line per service from your own words only. Then the honesty check: claims you never made (reviews, "trusted by", urgency) are cut, and numbers you never gave become [ADD] boxes.
  2. If it failsThe step says why, naming the model. Press Retry, or Continue without AI to use your own lines.
  3. Edit the wordsChange any line and press Save my words.
  4. Press Publish my pageIt waits until every [ADD] box is filled. Your page goes live at /s/your-address with your colour, each service with its price, days and an order form. Edits later wait for Publish my changes. Pause orders stops new orders.
PART 03

Take orders and deliver

0 of 5 done
  1. An order comes inThe buyer answers your questions, adds their name and email, ticks the consent line and goes on to your payment link (or Pay after we confirm). You get an email; they get a confirmation with a private status link.
  2. Open OrdersFilter by status, service or a search. Mark an order Paid once your payment provider shows it.
  3. Press Start the workThe worker (or Playbooks, with the goal typed in) opens with the client's answers filled in and the order moves to In progress. Link the runs from Your work to the order.
  4. Press Mark deliveredAdd a note and links to the results: the client gets an email, and their status page shows the delivery and the next service you suggest.
  5. Delete an orderThe buyer's details are yours, shown only to you. Delete order removes them for good.

PART 06

Agent-ready (experimental)

Agent-ready means AI assistants can use your calculator or form directly, the way a person would, but faster.

Why it mattersGoogle says search is becoming an "agent manager". AI agents will start doing tasks for people, like working out a quote or booking. If your calculator is agent-ready, the agent can use yours.
When to use itUse it on calculators and forms you want found and used. It's early, so it's off by default and safe to try.
What it does hereEach order form becomes a tool that can fill in the details for the buyer and open the form. The buyer ticks the consent box and sends the order themselves.
What it never doesIt never submits a form, ticks a consent box or buys anything for someone. The person always checks the details and presses the button themselves.
How to turn it onIn Build your services page, open Agent-ready check and turn on Make it agent-ready, then press Publish. Switching it on or off changes your published pages the next time you publish them. Your account default is on your account page under Profile.
Agent-ready checkLists every tool your page shows an agent: its name, what it does and the inputs it takes. For a calculator, Test the tool works out a sample with the tool and with the page and shows both answers side by side.
How it worksIt uses WebMCP, a proposed web standard that Chrome is trying out. Browsers without it ignore it, so your page looks and works exactly the same for everyone else.
